Yes! Research shows that telehealth therapy is just as effective as in-person therapy for many concerns, including grief and loss, life transitions, relationship issues, and faith-related concerns. What matters most is the quality of the therapeutic relationship, not the location.
Telehealth therapy can support many of the same concerns as in-person therapy, including:
- Grief and loss
- Religious harm, faith concerns, and deconstruction
- Relationship issues
- Life transitions and identity shifts
- Stress and emotional overwhelm
If you’re unsure whether telehealth is a good fit for your situation, a free consultation is a good place to start.
